The Introduction to Water Quality & Treatment at the Point of Use for Publicly-Supplied Water course is intended for professionals providing treatment products intended to improve at the point-of-use the aesthetic quality of publicly-supplied water. The course also addresses two health-impacting contaminants of concern that may be present in public water system, lead and PFAS. The course content is a combination of video and auto-graded questions. The time required to complete this course is approximately two hours. Optional articles are also provided and will require additional time to complete.
