This course presents the WQA Code of Ethics, the factors underpinning
ethical decision making, and several case studies of scenarios commonly
encountered in the field that can challenge ethics and morals.
This course also addresses consumer protection laws in the United States for in-home sales.
This course may be used as a stand-alone to demonstrate your commitment to ethical business practices. It is also a pre-requisite for all WQA professional certification candidates.
Access to the course content is available for 12 months. The course includes a combination of reading, elearning, and workbook-type assignments that are graded by an instructor.
